Heh heh this guys a douche. And you know what it should be against the law to pee standing up. Why? Because men and Im sure women too so this probably would not solve the problem but men especially do not know how to aim. Maybe if every time a man went to the bathroom and he had to sit down he would think twice about leaving urine on the seat. Sorry pet peeve of mine its just fin gross thats all I have to say.

That's odd... I lived in Germany for 2 years about 19 years ago, and I didn't see one sign prohibiting peeing sitting down. I also used plenty of stand-up urinals there. Is this guy smoking crack, or was this some part of Germany that I never saw? I must admit to only having lived in NRW, and visiting only a few cities like Munchen, Bonn, Koln, Berlin, and deep down south in Berchtesgaden, but you'd think I'd have seen one...
